Sullivans Cove 'Apollo Inn' American Oak Single Cask

​​​​​​​Tasmania makes for a formidable climate for whisky production, and we’re excited to present to you a fully mature whisky from Australia's finest distillery. Working directly with the Sullivans Cove maturation team, Apollo Inn has selected a cask for private bottling.

American Oak barrel TD-0251 is the first-fill cask selected for the Sullivans Cove Apollo Inn bottling. Matured for 15 years and nine months, it shows the complexity that can only come from long, slow aging.
