A cultured beurre de baratte butter, made from West Gippsland cream and produced in the Yarra Valley. This is a rich, bold style of butter, which bursts with ocean minerality from the inclusion of crunchy Sel de Guérande sea salt crystals.

Handcrafted by Jack Gaffney and kneaded on a traditional malaxeur, a machine now used by only two butter makers worldwide.

Each package contains 120g of Madeleine Butter.
