Joseph Aged Vinegar La Casetta

White grape juice, boiled over a wood fire and naturally fermented, becomes 'vino cotto,' a rustic, sherry-like wine. After being aged in old oak barrels, a ‘mother’ culture of acetic bacteria is introdcued and it transforms into vinegar. Its lingering sweet, madeirized notes elevate salads and more with a classic olive oil and vinegar dressing.

Each bottle contains 375ml of vinegar.
