Refund policy

Morning Market's goal is to provide you with the highest quality product every single time.

We do not offer a refund for change of mind, but we do undertake to refund items if they are defective or faulty, not fit for purpose, or if they do not match our product description. In these cases please visit us in store or email hello@morning.market. Once the fault is confirmed we will provide a refund. Any refund will be provided via the original method of payment. Alternatively you may elect to receive store credit.

In the case of change of mind, requests for exchange or store credit must be accompanied by proof of purchase & need to be made in person within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase can include the EFTPOS receipt, the printed tax receipt or the emailed tax receipt for purchases made online. Morning Market reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return for store credit without adequate proof of purchase.

Exchange items must be returned in as-new condition along with all product packaging, labels & tags and must be unused and generally suitable for resale.
