Long Paddock cheese is handmade in Castlemaine, Victoria. The Silver Wattle is a small round soft lactic cheese, based on a French cow's milk cheese called Saint Marcellin, originating from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France.
Each wheel is 180g of cheese.
