Small-batch and naturally fermented, this hand-crafted shoyu is made with hand-dived wakame seaweed from Port Phillip Bay. Aged for two years before bottling, it’s brewed with biodynamic soybeans and red wheat for a deeply savoury, well-rounded flavour.
Each bottle contains 200ml.
