A dish from humble beginnings in countryside France has made it's way to the Morning Market kitchen.
Encased in a flaky pastry, our quiche lorraine is made with an egg custard mixed with crispy Meatsmith bacon, onion, provolone, cheddar and topped with thyme. A perfectly combined balance of crunchy, cheesy and creamy.
