Farmed by Susie in Main Ridge on the Mornington Peninsula are Zooie’s Apples. With over 200 varieties apples that are dry-grown, meaning no irrigation is used, Susie practices farming methods that have minimal impact on their surroundings. Organic and full of flavour, these truly are some of the most stunning apples we've tasted and make for a delicious snack and are wonderful cooked (we use them as a filling in our comforting, golden pie).
