Recipe: a zingy salad dressing

This is one of our favourite salad dressings we look forward to enjoying with a glass of Chablis at the week’s end. Made with La Guinelle vinegar and a lick of Schulz Dairy cream, there's enough richness to enjoy this salad on its own with crusty sourdough.

Make yours at home made with the newly arrived spring vegetables and leaves on our shelves - such as Jonella Farm asparagus, Ramarro Farm watermelon radishes and butter lettuce.



100ml Schulz Organic Dairy pure cream

1 tsp of Dijon mustard

2 tblsp La Guinelle Chardonnay vinegar

1 clove of garlic, crushed

A generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste




Combine all the ingredients together on a small bowl then whisk together until smooth.

Dress washed leaves with a generous tablespoon of the vinaigrette then toss together. Finish with shavings of radish and chives.
