Applewood smoked trout and soba noodles come together with enoki mushrooms, cucumber, mizuna and purple daikon. A yuzu ponzu dressing adds punch, finished with roasted seaweed, sesame crumb and soft boiled egg.
Small salads are recommended as individual servings, while large sizes are appropriate for sharing between 4-5 people.
